KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) will invest in capacity building that fosters innovation and ensures people and businesses, especially start-ups and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), can access the digital tools and infrastructure they need to fully participate in an interconnected global economy.
