MSME Hub serves as a centralise platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to acquire info and knowledge, learn best business practices and obtain essential information on business start-ups, access to market, human capital development, financial resources, industry know-how and various other business aspects.

MSME Hub will equip MSMEs with clear and focused information as well as knowledge to aid their development in Malaysia. Through this platform, business owner can access relevant information online and offline.

Information provided through this platform includes MSME development programmes implemented by various Ministries and Agencies mainly SME Corp. Malaysia and Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD) as well as its agencies namely TEKUN, INSKEN, Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM), Cooperative Institute of Malaysia (IKM), SME Bank, Bank Rakyat, UDA Holdings, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PERNAS) and Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM).

MSMEs can obtain complimentary online business advice from SME Corp. Malaysia’s certified business counsellors through the MeetME feature via the MyAssist MSME Portal (https://myassist-msme.gov.my).

MSME Hub ensures the dissemination of fast, accurate and comprehensive information to MSMEs and the public through physical and virtual avenues such as information counters, booth exhibition participation, info mail, info line and Live Chat.
