IPOH, July 26 (Bernama) — Grants and soft loans totalling RM218.34 million had been channelled to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Perak since January until June 30 this year. Religious and Islamic Education, Rural and Entrepreneur Development Committee Chairman Asmuni Awi said among the grants and soft loans provided were Business Accelerator Programme which amounted to RM18 million and Shariah-compliant SME Financing Scheme totalling RM28.23 million.
