SERDANG, Jan 29 (Bernama) — The Primary Industries Ministry has approved the establishment of a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for Certified Timber and Credit Suppliers (CTCS) programme carried out by the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB), its minister Teresa Kok said today.
