KUALA LUMPUR (April 20): The Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) to facilitate the latter’s technopreneurs to make inroads into the global market.
