PUTRAJAYA Feb 19 (Bernama) — Entrepreneurs who have undergone entrepreneurial skills training programmes will be able to help the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector achieve its target of 42 per cent contribution to Malaysia’s gross domestic product before 2023.
