KUALA LUMPUR (July 7): Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) said today its Monetary Policy Committee has decided to reduce the overnight policy rate (OPR) by 25 basis points to 1.75%. The central bank said the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the global economy is severe.
