KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 3): The country’s efforts to integrate its small and medium enterprises (SMEs) into the global value chain have nearly reached another milestone with the inaugural networking session between the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (MEDAC) and diplomatic representation from 17 Arab countries.
