SINGAPORE, Nov 15 (Bernama) — It can be the world’s largest trade pact, but Malaysia will not sign the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) if it does not constitute a fair deal. Of course, it is the aspiration of ASEAN countries, including Malaysia, to conclude the pact in 2019, and Putrajaya will continue with negotiations next year.
